Payment Schedule: Payment will be deducted twenty-four (24) hours after the scheduled appointment if no approved credit request has been submitted.
The Service Provider may elect to receive one or more lead types offered through the Quote Masters Platinum Program.

Appointments may be scheduled based on:
Appointments will not be scheduled during restricted dates, unavailable periods, or within two (2) hours of existing calendar events.
No credit, refund, or billing reversal will be provided for scheduling conflicts, double bookings, staffing shortages, or unavailable calendars.
A registration fee of $250 is collected and held as payment insurance.
Services may be suspended immediately if payments are declined.
Preference changes may require up to fourteen (14) days to take effect.
Unauthorized contact will disqualify the provider from receiving credits.
Service Providers may cancel with ten (10) days written notice.
